Analyse voor ALK translocatie wordt in ons labo uitgevoerd mbv immuunhistochemisch onderzoek (IHC), fluorescent in situ hybridisatie (FISH) en Next-generation-sequencing (NGS). Voor ALK wordt eerst ALK IHC uitgevoerd (bij ons of door de aanvrager). Indien deze positief is wordt ALK FISH uitgevoerd of NGS.
